Donations - The Caring Closet

We accept:

Clean, gently used or new clothing articles and shoes that meet the student dress codes for Hamilton City School District. Not sure? Please check the dress code here.
NEW packs of toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, deodorant, body wash, bar soap, toothpaste, and toothbrushes.
NEW packs of underwear and socks.

We serve children grades K-12 and have all sizes of students who need clothing, from the very little to adult sizes. Keep in mind, the clothing has to be appropriate for school aged kids and comply with school dress codes.

We couldn’t do any of this without your help. We appreciate all that you do!

The Caring Closet is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, tax-exempt organization and will provide donation receipts upon request. Please consult a tax advisor about your tax benefits.

Donation drop off location: Please drop off any donations directly to The Caring Closet. We have a secure drop box on the porch that you can put donations into any time.

The Caring Closet is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Our main source of support is from donations and community support. Financial donations help purchase items that are not regularly donated, such as boy’s underwear, shoes and clothing sizes not currently in stock.
